Mumbai, Aug 4: Director Vikramaditya Motwane is feeling bad for Sonakshi Sinha who was the lead actress of his film 'Lootera.' He felt that she deserved the award for her performance in the film.

"Lootera was a learning experience for me. The film had recovered its money, but it had a mixed response. As far as awards are concerned, I am feeling bad for Sonakshi as her performance was outstanding and she deserved an award for it. However, the nominations were decided by the jury members," said Motwane.

Vikramaditya Motwane will be directing 'Bhavesh Joshi.' The film is a superhero film. Sidharth Malhotra will be seen playing the lead in the film. The heroine has not beeen selected yet.
