Bangalore, Aug 11: Haripriya has been selected as the heroine for 'Rikki.'
The film will be directed by Risabh Shetty. Risabh has worked as an associate director in many films. He recently worked as an associate director and an actor in Rakshith Shetty's directorial venture 'Ulidavaru Kandanthe.'
'Rikki' will be produced by S V Babu, who will produce the film under the banner of S V Films. The film was supposed to be launched on Friday August 8 but has been postponed. The film will now be launched on September 1.
Rakshith Shetty is presently busy shooting of Yograj Bhat's 'Vaasthu Prakaara' which is all set to hit screens on October 2. Haripriya was last seen in 'Ugramm,' which was a blockbuster at the box office.
