'Jigarthanda' to be remade in Hindi soon

Tamil film 'Jigarthanda' will be remade in Hindi soon. The Tamil film was directed by Karthik Subbaraj. It was released on August 1 to an extraordinary response.

Siddharth gave his best performance in the film. The film is about a aspiring filmmaker, who closely follows a real gangster to make a gangster film.

The film's producer Kathiresan said, "I have received few calls from Bollywood producers who are interested in remaking the film in Hindi, but I cannot reveal anything more until it is on papers."

The film also stars Simha and Lakshmi Menon. The film has already grossed Rs 10 crores in Tamil Nadu at the box office.
