Chennai, Sep 10: A two-feet high fur horse doll, found unattended near a snack shop, created a flutter inside the airport on Sunday.

An airport employee noticed the doll and informed the duty manager, who in turn alerted the security personnel, airport sources said.

However, when the security personnel were about to pick up the doll, a child came forward and claimed it as hers.

After leaving behind the doll the child had gone to her mother who was seated about 10 feet away. They were bound for Coimbatore, the sources said.

Finally, after a thorough verification of the mother's identity, the doll was handed over, the sources said.
