Friday to be warm in Delhi


New Delhi, Sep 19 (IANS) It was a sunny Friday morning here with a minimum temperature of 25.3 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average. The Met Office has forecast a warm day ahead.

"Friday will be warm and the sky will be mainly clear," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum temperature of the day is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 64 percent.

Thursday was sultry with the maximum and minimum temperatures recorded 35.7 degrees Celsius and 25.2 degrees Celsius respectively, both a notch above the season's average.
