Gabrielle Union to approach FBI over leaked topless photos

Los Angeles, Sep 21 (IANS): Actress Gabrielle Union, whose topless photos, which she had sent to her husband Dwayne Wade, somehow leaked online, says she was the victim of a digital hate crime and that her legal team will contact the FBI.

According to tmz.com, Union plans to reach out to the FBI on the issue of leaked pictures.

"It has come to our attention that our private moments, that were shared and deleted solely between my husband and myself, have been leaked by some vultures," Union and Wade said in a joint statement.

"I can’t help but to be reminded that since the dawn of time women and children, specifically women of colour, have been victimized, and the power over their own bodies taken from them. These atrocities against women and children continue worldwide."

"For anyone out there also being affected by these and other hacking and hate crimes - we send our love, support and prayers. We have done nothing wrong," the duo said in their statement.

Topless pictures of what appears to be super model Emily Ratajkowski and Jenny McCarthy were also leaked online Saturday as well as nude photos of what appears to be Kate Bosworth and Lake Bell.

The representatives for Ratjkowski, McCarthy, Bosworth and Bell on the issue, they are yet to respond.
