Mangalore, Sep 25: Jayashreekrishna Parisara Premi Samithi has lodged complaints with th eMangalore District Administration, Deputy
Commissioner, Director of the Department of Geology and Mining and joint director, Mangalore expressing its opposition to the illegal sand mining and transportation here in the city.

It has urged the officials to stop mining by taking stringent action. The district administration has assured of investigation and clarification in the matter, states their communique.
