Therefore it is said in the scriptures:

Matthew 5:25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.

And that is the reason Jesus said:

Mark 13:31 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away.

Gadkari was moving with his Luna( God only knows how he could fit in that small seat) not long ago...now he has companies with his cooks, peons, drivers as directors with thousands of crore assets...First he built toll roads through private parties and then started to collect tolls for them with Sharad Pawar even after money is recovered...when he is in power he support Chor Pawar...when Pawar is in power he will support Chor Gadaonkari....

This fellow RSRB threatening everybody with lawsuits who defame his beloved Gadkari....Sir RSRB,,, to defame one need fame....does this Chor has that???

After going through some of the News about Jayalalitha past few days, despite knowing the fact that is amassed lot of wealth indulging in indirect corruption, I have a kind of soft feeling for the lady considering the welfare schemes she is doing for the people of Tamilnadu especially in her present tenure. Especially the poor class irrespective of caste. Not Caste based politics like the Nidderamiah Govt. If you tlak about corruption then Kuruda Karunanidhi family is father of corruption, so the Tamil people have to choose between 2 looters, then I guess Jayalalitha is a better option in the interest of the state. In my opinion, Govt should seize all her assets she has amassed over the years and credit it to state or central treasury, impose a hefty fine on her, and let her free to go back to her political life, barring her to leave the country for life time. Compared to DMK she is much better for Tamils with all her basic cheap schemes for poor such as food, water, rice, scholarships, Idli’s cements etc. Strip her all assets and gold and also from all other associated who have taken favors from her. Let her financial conditions go back to the time she started her political carrier and let people of Tamilnadu decide if they want to see her as their CM Again.

Every swindler necessarily tries to cover up the misdeeds by implementing some schemes or welfare ideas which is disproportionately negligible compared with the wealth pocket by them. So this fatso is no different. In fact she has not even spent her own money but of the State. It is not a great deed. She is elected by people in anticipation of this and she has only done a part of her duty. Even in implementing the schemes, lot more people have pocketed the taxpayer's money. So keep your soft feeling for some noble deeds and not for these type of politicians. Tomorrow you may be tempted to show such soft feeling to Yeddies or Sharad Pawaar type of persons.

This was just my passing thoughts after going through some journals about her ruling. Am more than happy to see her behind bars. But am also thinking govt should make maximum benefits out of people like jayalitha or sanjay Dutt and salman khan. Instead of simply dragging their cases for long time and wasting resources milk them of all the assets and resources they have and should make them come to the road. Use this money for something good in the society. Just by giving a mere jail sentences nobody will benefit plus govt will have to spend extra money on giving protection for these people even in jail also. Who will pay for it???

The judgement of the special court is simple and straight. She is a rat and only rats amass more than they need it in their lifetime. Supreme court should intervene and put a fast track court to once and for all settle the matter viz., Jaya will be on the diet supplied at parappana agrahara for full 4 years. Moreover the quantum of fine imposed must be increased from the current 10% of her total worth to atleast 50% so that she will be forced to sell off the properties she amassed through illegal means and return it back to the government. If she fails to do so within a certain stipulated period, her stay in jail must be extended and all her properties must be confiscated by the state.
Once upon a time we had Kings who were "also" serving our people by taxing them. Our democracy meant that they gave away everything and these politicians under the guise of serving people are amassing wealth equivalent to that confiscated from Kings. And just like Kings are revered these politicians are also revered. Democracy therefore is now a mere tool in the hands of politicians and the people then as well as today are at the receiving end.

I don't have exact figures. But going by the figures from TOI with break-up of all properties it is in the excess of thousands of crores. I assumed 1000 crore to make the point. 50% is a good figure...but because this wealth was amassed also by abusing the power, it can be higher than that.
