Jay Z to launch documentary series

Los Angeles, Oct 3 (IANS): Rapper Jay Z has teamed up with executives at Fusion music network to launch a documentary series about entertainers and athletes.

Jay Z's documentary series titled “Where I'm From”, will feature shows about various celebrities including the “99 problems” hitmaker himself and American baseball player Robinson Cano, reports contactmusic.com.

Network bosses are also hoping to air additional specials from the rapper's lifestyle website Jay Z's Life Times.

"Jay Z's Life Times content is a natural fit for Fusion's millennial audience. This series will give our viewers intimate access to the cultural tastemakers that reflect this generation's diverse interests and passions,” said a spokesperson.
