Mary Kom, Vivek Oberoi to be guests on Tara Sharma's show


New Delhi, Nov 28 (IANS): Celebrity parents like M.C. Mary Kom and Vivek Oberoi will be among the guests on the third season of former actress Tara Sharma's show on parenting, "The Tara Sharma Show".

To be aired on Star World, the show will present a platform for discussion on parenting issues. The show will not only invite celebrities to narrate their experiences, but a bevy of people from all walks of life.

Celebrity guests who will feature on the 'Tara's Tete-a-tete with' segment of the show include Kajol, Shilpa Shetty, Mary Kom, Juhi Chawla, Vivek and Priyanka Oberoi, Konkona Sen Sharma and Tisca Chopra, among others.

Tara not just hosts the show, she is also its creator and co-producer.

"The show is centred on topics relevant to children, I can draw from real life experiences and research too. I co-produce the show with my husband's company, The 120 Media Collective and as I often joke, Roopak (Saluja), my husband is the co-producer of our kids and the show," Tara, a mother of two, said in a statement.

The first episode, which will be beamed Nov 30, will see actress and mother of two Kajol talking about her experience of becoming a mother and balancing her home and work life.
