Mumbai, Dec 16: Arjun Kapoor and Sonakshi Sinha starrer Tevar which is all set to release on the 9th of January has released a new poster showcasing the leading couple poised for a jump. Sonakshi Sinha went on twitter to comment on the release of the poster asking audiences if they liked it.

Amit Sharma, who debuts as a director with this movie, has taken umbrage to the fact that people have called it a remake of the film 'Okkadu' . He prefers to call it a remake, because he says he has worked on the script for 7 months in order to make it what it is today.

He also said that casting Manoj Bajpai was difficult for him. He approached the actor with eight scenes from the script to convince him to take the part. He doggedly pursued the actor in order to get him to sign the dotted line. The movie is produced by Boney Kapoor.

Sharma was effusive in his praise for Sonakshi Sinha and her commitment towards her work. He said, "Sonakshi is one of the most brilliant actors that we have in the industry. The best part about her is that she can just change into anything within minutes... that's magical. She is very hardworking and there are no tantrums at all."

The music has already been doing the rounds and many have liked 'Superman' the song and many more have praised Sonakshi in the song 'Radha Nachegi'. Manoj Bajpai too makes his presence felt in the songs as well as the trailer.
