Party time on 'Chidiya Ghar' set, clocks 800 episodes


Mumbai, Dec 19 (IANS): The cast and crew members of light-hearted family entertainer "Chidiya Ghar" celebrated its feat of clocking 800 episodes with a bang.

Present on the occasion were "Chidiya Ghar" actors Paresh Ganatra, Aditi Sajwan, Saraansh Verma, Sumit Arora and Trishikha Tripathi.

They shared their special memories of the show and also expressed their feeling working alongside each other in the SAB TV show, which began airing in November 2011.

The artistes also cut a cake together with members of the production house and the entire crew to celebrate the wonderful occasion.

Paresh, who enacts the role of Ghotak, said in a statement: "It's an awesome feeling to achieve such a feat it has really been a long journey, but every moment has been special and close to my heart.

"We're like a family now there is great love and care amongst us. We love working with each other and are really excited to be on the sets every day to meet the new challenges and enact different sequences.

"I hope our journey continues to blossom and soon we cross the frontier of 1,000 episodes and many others in the not so distant future."

"Chidiya Ghar" is the story of a fun-loving family comprising of different members with their unique mannerisms. All members exhibit one unique trait that defines their personality and behaviour.
