New Delhi, Jan 12 (IANS): HDFC chairman Deepak Parekh has been appointed non-executive director and chairman of BAE Systems India (Services) Private Limited, the company said Monday.

Parekh's association with BAE Systems began in 2010 when he was appointed a member of the company's Independent Advisory Board for India.
