Mangaluru: Revised bus fares with effect from Jan 12

Mangaluru, Jan 13: The circular released by the Dakshina Kannada Regional Transport Authority has specified the new tariffs with effect from Monday January 12.

In city buses(Urban) first 2 kilometers (km) is Rs.7 and 2 to 4 km is Rs.7, Second stage price has been changed from Rs.8 to Rs.7. Third stage price (4 to 6 km) has been changed from Rs.9 to Rs.8.

In city buses(rural) first 2 km is Rs.7 and 2 to 4 km is Rs.7.Second stage price has been changed from Rs.8 to Rs.7. Third stage price (4 to 6 km) has been changed from Rs.9 to Rs.8.

In Express and Shuttle buses first 6.5 km will cost Rs.7 and Rs.12.20 thereafter upto 13km. First stage prices will reduce from Rs.8 to Rs.7. Second stage price has been increased from Rs.12 to Rs.12.20. Third stage price (13 to 19.5km) has been changed from Rs.18 to Rs.17.40.
