Mumbai, Jan 3: Everyone's heard of 101 Dalmatians but now the number is associated with something more meaningful.

In all, 101 budding filmmakers will make five-minute documentaries on 101 NGOs in Mumbai in 101 hours.

As always Bollywood extended its support to the noble cause. Actor and Filmmaker Anupam Kher and Sachin Pilgaonkar launched the film project on Tuesday evening at Mumbai's Cinemax.

The participants are happy to make the most of this initiative. "I totally feel for this kind of a project where everyone benefits," said Divya Palat, actor and participant.

In addition to Anupam and Sachin, the films will be judged by film personalities like Nagesh Kukunoor, Rati Agnihotri and Khalid Mohammed.
