Victor Bruzzo, an entrepreneur from Sion in Switzerland had outsourced his watch parts making business to Deralakatte in city's outskirts and invested Rs 15 crore in Giltec International Private Limited a few years ago.  He had appointed one Shailesh as his manager.

But now he has filed a case with the Ullal police that Shailesh forged his signature to withdraw Rs 3 crore from his accounts.  He has also alleged Shailesh of misappropriating money to buy luxury house, expensive cars and leading a lavish way of life.

Shailesh had forged Bruzzo's signature and convinced the bank authorities that the latter along with his wife had resigned from the company.  Later he had withdrawn money from Bruzzo's account.  He had even warned Bruzzo against coming to India.  Moreover, Shailesh had also filed a case with the police against Bruzzo.

However, Bruzzo arrived in the city after getting an anticipatory bail from High Court and later filed a case with the Ullal police against Shailesh on Thursday January 11.
