I must put this bluntly - but when the driver held such little store by human life - witness his negligent driving - why is he being given medical treatment?

Put him safely behind bars where he rightfully belongs! Let him out only for periods when he can make some kind of reparation by doing hard physical labour like building bridges and laying down roads. Then back in again. Society can do without the likes of such dangerous individuals on the loose!

He killed three innocent people & spoiled beautiful family. We all suffering from these Tipper's Lorry's Tanker's & city bus. Heavy vehicle should be run only after 9PM . So less problems in traffic. Would request the RTO and The public to come out with some rules for the heavy vehicles by forming different lanes..... so that such disaster will come to a halt. Driving limits on the highway to be maintained or else daily one family looses someone near and dear ones. I Think Mangalore will be on top list for such reckless driving n for the accidents.I urge youngsters to come forward and put pressure on the department so that some traffic rules will be implemented for the betterment of the society.Hope someone take initiative.

not sure what's stopping the RTO from taking strict actions. Every day so many accidents, deaths.. Whole public is worried and so many recommendations. but not even one strict rule is implemented. Is it money stopping them or pressure from wealthy people stopping them... let them come out. we can collect money and give them yaar. But stop these disasters. Whole family vanished in few seconds, not sure how this lady I mean Bhavya and child will lead their life. Whole supporting family members are no more. pity on them. I pray almighty god to bless her with confidence and strength to face this pain. Mean while praying almighty god to start killing the loved ones of those bloody RTO officials who are keeping themselves closed eyes... if one by one of their loved ones start dying on the road accidents... may be then they will open their eyes...

Driving licensing procedure to be made stricter to remove careless drivers from the road. Mistake of one person ruined one family. May their souls rest in peace and the injured get well soon

The incident set an example that any thing could happen to small vehicle. Reckless drivers will be released within a day even they get arrested. Drivers should drive cautiously otherwise the traffic dept. should evoke their license and put under the bar for not following traffic rules. It is really scary now a days to drive the car like small vehicles.

This is one of the series of accidents one hears of every day. What remedial measures can be taken to keep the situation under control?

Arresting the law breaker for reckless driving is like trying to heal a person after his/her death.

It is time that the traffic department ties to find ways and means to keep the menacing situation under control and thus save precious lives.

It is simple.Only traffic dept.must wake up and make it immediately ,to Buses and heavy vehicles to divert different road sand made compulsory the Speed Limit in and out of City 60-80miles depends on road and their loads.have a milage Reader on their vehicles.so can be sure in which rate they were speeding.licence should be checked, and their vehicles should be checked if and whether it was fit.A two years check is a must for every vehicle and old ones yearly.
