Mangalore, Jan 23: Sangeet Bharati Foundation has organized a unique music programme "Bhakti Rath" on Friday January 26 from 9.30 pm to 12.30 am.  The programme will be held in front of Shri Venkatramana Temple at Car Street here. 

Bhakti Rath is a unique blend of classical and devotional Hindustani music to be presented by well-known Hindustani vocalist Sangeeta Katti Kulkarni.

This was announced in a press conference held here on Tuesday January 23 morning by Sangeet Bharati Foundation secretary Radha Krishna Rao.

 Sangeeta Katti Kulkarni will be accompanied by Rajendra Nakod on tabla, Narendra L Nayak on harmonium and Mangaldas Gulvadi on pakhawaj.

He said that the programme will also co-inside with the concluding day of the famous Venkatramana Temple annual festival.
