Mumbai, Mar 25: Film maker Karan Johar has taken to twitter to dispel all the rumours and questions that have cropped up surrounding the movie. Popular director Rohit Shetty who will be directing the movie is said to be busy in Mumbai with the shoot of 'Dilwale'.

Quite recently the news doing the rounds was that Alia Bhatt of Highway fame had been cast opposite Pakistani actor Fawad Khan in the movie. Karan Johar who will be working with Rohit Shetty for the first time with this movie tweeted, "While Rohit and I are extremely excited with the excitement RAM LAKHAN has generated.... We would like to say... IT HAS NOT BEEN CAST!,"

The story of the brothers who were deeply devoted to each other had been a hit film with peppy songs when it was released way back in 1989. Directed by Subhash Ghai, the cast of Jackie Shroff and Anil Kapoor as brothers is an indelible one.

It remains to be seen which actors will be stepping into those shoes.
