Mumbai, Apr 15: Returning all the way from London, Tanu and Manu (Kangana and Madhavan) seem to be once again seeking the love that had been the sole reason for them tying the knot in the first movie Tanu Weds Manu.

Tanu Weds Manu Returns has Kangana still being the bold girl who isn't too bothered with her family's reaction to her brash behaviour. She feels her husband Manu has changed after marriage and feels cheated that he doesn't shower her with love and attention as he used to in the past. She laments the incomplete dreams that she had as a young bride who married for love.

Meanwhile Manu (Madhavan) who also feels that the love that he once shared with his wife Tanu has petered out, is back, presumably looking for love once again. Both seem to feel that it is hopeless to try to rekindle their romance and therefore look for greener pastures. Madhavan in his travels meets Kusum, who looks exactly like Tanu and he feels attracted towards her.

Kusum (Kangana) is a national level athlete who still in college and refuses to meet Madhavan as she clearly explains that while she resembles his wife she really is a different person. Tanu meets up with Jimmy Shergill who she had promised to marry but jilted at the altar in the previous movie.

Thus stumbling through myriad situations the couple continues looking for the love they once shared. Directed by Anand L Rai, Tanu Weds Manu Returns on the 22nd of May, 2015.
