Bangalore, Mar 10: Tibetans living in exile in Karnataka will organize a public ralliy here on Saturday to commemorate the 48th Tibetan National Uprising Day in protest against Chinese 'occupation' and to re-assert their right for complete independence.
Centrex Tibetan Youth Congress Vice President Lobsang Yeshi told mediapersons today that the Tibetans would demonstrate in front of all Chinese embassies worldwide to highlight the plight of Tibetans who were waging a peaceful war against the Chinese aggression.
He alleged that 48 years since Chinese invasion, all attempts had been made to decimate the life and culture of the Tibetans and over 12 lac Tibetans were killed by China.
Claiming that Tibetans security was linked with the India's national interest, Yeshi accused that China was fomenting anti-India campaign worldwide and was also blocking India to become a permanent member in the United Nation's security council.
He said Tibetans never recognized China as their country and would continue their peaceful struggle till they regained freedom.
