Dubai: Wilfy Arrives, Daiji Dubai Annual Event a Full-house Show

Dubai, April 12: As Wilfy Rebimbus along with wife Meena, son Vishwas and daughter-in-law Charleen arrived at the Dubai International airport on late evening of April 11, 207 late by Air India Express direct from Mangalore, members of Mangalore Konkans Dubai were ready at the airport to receive them.
President of Mangalore Konkans James Mendonca, vice president Joyce and former president Valerian Peris along with others were at the airport.
Wilfy will be presenting 'Sentimental nite' on April 19, 2007 in the Le Meredian Hotel near the airport.
Besides, Wilfy Rebimbus will receive the Daiji Dubai annual award on April 12, 2007 at the grand annual day organized by Daiji Dubai Konkani writers' forum.

Daiji Dubai convener Hemacharya informed daijiworld.com that there has been great demand for entry passes because of 'Katrina' Henry musical evening and other entertainment event by Daiji Rang Mandir.
Also there is tremendous response from the people as they would like to witness Wilfy Rebimbus receive the Daiji Dubai award.
"No more entry passes are available. No passes will be available at the venue either. Those who have received the passes must be there at the venue much before 7.30 pm on Thursday as the event will start on time," said Hemacharya.
"There are several guests who have already arrived at Dubai from various Gulf states and the event is indeed going to be a memorable one," he further said.
