Kuwait, Apr 20: St Aloysius College Alumni Association – Kuwait (SAACA) held a family get-together on April 20 in the KOC Ahmadi Garden from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

President Archie Menezes welcomed the gathering, which was followed by a prayer and breakfast.

Games for various age groups were held during the outing. Banging of coconuts, in Mangalore style, was an attraction, besides games like lemon and spoon, single-wicket hit, seven tiles, needle and thread, shot put, breaking the pot, dodge-ball, centipede, sack race, kabaddi, three-legged race and filling the coke bottles with water using a sponge etc.

In between lunch and games, interesting anecdotes from college life were exchanged. The afternoon session was marked by a game of tombola (housie) and light games.

Archie Menezes thanked everyone who made the outing a big succes. The well-organized SAACA get-together was compered by Denzil.
