Mangalore, June 3: Sisters of St Vincent Convent celebrated the religious Silver Jubilee of Sr Sylvia Fernandes and Sr Angeline Lobo at St Joseph’s Chapel at Fr Muller Charitable Institutions here on Sunday June 3.
Fr Baptist Menezes celebrated the holy Mass. Fr Dennis D’Sa in his homily said it is not that how long we live life but how we live it counts.He urged all the sisters to live closer to God and to serve the people of God.
At a function held in the Silver Jubilee hall, the Sisters of St Vincent Convent honoured and congratulated Sr Sylvia and Sr Angelinein recognition of committed service to the order
Sr Jacintha, Sr Valentine and other nuns of the convent were among those present on the occasion.
