In this regard I have visited here and after inspecting this spot, I have directed the NHAI officials to make certain changes by removing 3 islands. I have also directed the corporation officials to shift the bus stand and place speed breakers here. I have asked the officials to make these changes within a week."

Padil,Pumpwell,Nantoor-all these circles are equally dangerous circles, claimed many peoples lives so far. Who planned these circles? If they are unscientific and dangerous what punishment are they given?...as justice is same for all.

When a layman can confidently say that the projects are done unscientifically when they were entrusted and completed by competent authorities like NHAI brings an important question of the competence of the engg and designing capabilities of professionals employed by them??? Can get a vague idea of how they might be finding employment in this lucrative agency!! Jai Hind!!

Mangalore has 3 MLAs. One person visits before accident. Other make headlines and poses by taking victims to hospital. Third fellow wait for the accident victim to die and visit his cremation!
We can not blame becuase all these MLAs belong to "accident' government. The arrogant CM does not care even ambulance carrying patients and moves like Yamaraya!!

Good, someone is inspecting for the cause of accidents and searching for preventive measures.
Some time I feel, we are in Mad, Mad world!
We make so many researches, reaching moon and other planets.
BUT ignoring very basic needs affecting the lives and health of people.
REALLY defeating the purpose of so many innovations and researches if it is not used to improve lives of people.
We need to be good economists.

Mr. Lobo, if possible please visit Nantoor and KPT Junction which is also constructed unscientifically. I have never seen an oval shape circle anywhere except Mangalore. Please do the changes ASAP, so that we can save many lives and avoid traffic jam.

    Thank You

Dear Uday, our overhead bridges are unique in shape, quality and size. Most of those who design them might never have personally seen the bridges in Singapore, America or in China. We construct these bridges as if we are the first country in the world to build such structures. May be our PM who is in Flight Mode can instruct these guys to learn from other countries.

Padil junction is unscientific. What about Nanthoor junction where a lot of people have sacrificed their lives. We are waiting for a solution to this too for years. Why can't the authorities install a pool-proof signaling system, punish the drivers who jump the signal, straighten the highway section without taking a curvy route?
