Mangalore: Kannada Movie ‘Indra’ being Shot in and around City

Mangalore, Oct 30: The director of Kannada filmdom, H Vasu arrived with his cast and crew in the city on Tuesday, October 30, morning for shooting his Kannada film ‘Indra’ at the picturesque Someshwar rock and beach near Ullal.

Sanghvi who played the leading role in Kannada movie ‘Anatharu’ (The Destitute) has been cast in 'Indra' with the present Sandalwood rage Darshan in the lead role.  Actor Ramesh Bhat accompanied the crew.

Shooting will be held in different locales in and around Mangalore like Malpe, Udupi, Bajpe Airport and within the city till Tuesday, November 6, said H Vasu, director of ‘Indra’, speaking to www.daijiworld.com

    With due respects to Kannada/Hindi films, I personally feel it is high time the song/dance sequence in Indian films needs to have something fresh, instead of having an army of people dancing behind the hero heroine.
