Kindly cut the crap. Give a break. Before writing such big article check for facts. Don't want emotional speech. Only when the lives of Nuns and Priests are same can you say that we are true followers of Christ. Please do some research and then advice

These transfers are welcome step and hope this is a step towards posting right priest to right place depending upon their competency and aptitude.
"Ask not when the Bishop can retire, but ask what can you do towards helping the Bishop and the Diocese in strengthening your faith and your dedication to life". The Bishop has a tremendous burden of responsibility in allocating the right priests and also the right Assistants so that the Parishes run smoothly and efficiently by helping the people to maintain their faith and devotion.Every Parish is not rich and productive. Every Parish depends on good people and supportive people so that the Parish may be strengthened in whichever way possible and give the very best to all the parishnors. Therefore, asking the Bishop when is he going to retire is not a timely question. It is an emotional question. Instead, as good God fearing Christians we must seek God's help in providing the Bishop continued good health and peace so that he can manage the affairs of the Diocese in the best manner that he can. Priests and their Assistants are also human beings. No one wants to go to difficult parishes and struggle for the people. We have to therefore support the Parish priests, as and how they are posted, and also support the Bishop in his best judgement in allocating the right people to the right parish with possible changes as and when it is essential. This is all part of our faith towards God. This is how Parishes are built and supported so that in turn the priest is supported in his daily dedications, and in turn help the Bishop to perform his daily responsibilities in the love of God.Therefore, if you ask me when am I going to retire, I will have to tell you, "I shall retire when God tells me to do so, and until then I shall work hard and harder, and give my people best that I can until I breathe my last. My personal experience and dedication is very valuable to the people that I surround with me. I want God to help me and also take care of me with good health and peace of mind".
