Dammam, Nov 15: Issac D'Souza (42), a native of Moodubelle in Udupi who was working in Saudi Arabia was killed in a fatal accident at Rafaya in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Monday November 12.  Issac was the husband of Suzan D'Souza and the couple have two children aged 11 and 7 respectively.

The accident occurred when the ambulance driven by Issac was hit by a tanker coming from opposite direction on Monday morning. Issac was carrying two dead bodies on his ambulance at the time of accident.  The accident was such ghastly that Issac succumbed to the injuries on the spot.

As of now his body is kept in Nafi Hospital, Dawadmi, Rafayabil at Jemsh near Riyadh, sources said.  Sources said that Issac was supposed to come home on holidays as shortly as on Friday November 16.  But the fate had something cruel in store for him and his family back home.  He was killed in the accident just a day before he could leave Saudi for his native on holidays.
