Weldone Police. This is not two people's job. They must have made fortune out of this and previous six consignments. There is a syndicate who are the masters of this smuggling racket and Police and media never bother to disclose their identities.

What is a big hue and cry for this incident. It is very rampant in Indian airports by air hostesses, flight stewards and even pilots have been caught for indulging in smuggling. Everyone likes money and that too as a quick buck.

These two are the downtrodden employees, penalising them is not a big credit. One should catch the big fish who has swindled funds amounting to thousands of crores and cooling his heels abroad.

Having said, I don't endorse support to any illegal act, but these two should be given a fair trial to voice their side and get their job back to continue their livelihood.

Not only suspension if found guilty terminate them from service and impound their assets. (If found that the fortune is exorbitant and do not commensurate with their normal earnings)
