Ritz Carlton - is really a blessing to the Indian Hotel Industry. You just can't realize it - unless you experience the stay. They teach their employees about the importance of personal care. When I used to work for The Ritz Carlton Bahrain, I had the opportunity of meeting Mr. Simon Cooper. I had asked him why can't the Ritz Carlton enter Indian hospitality market as India is known for its hospitality? The reply was " It is just because I have to go through a lot of Red tape formalities".

Congratulations to Nitesh Estates! Please ensure that Mr. Cooper will have the best opinion about India! He is one of the great personalities I have ever met.
