Mangalore: 'Time Pass' Permannur Wins Comedy Skit Competition

Mangalore, Dec 21: ‘Nashibanthlya Chedwa’ comedy troupe promoted by Roshan Belman and Melvyn Pernal, held skit competition on Friday, December 21. 
 
9 parishes across the city deanery, namely, 2 teams each from Permannur and Angelore, 1 each from Valencia, Cascia, Modankap, Vamanjoor, Urwa, Derebail, and Gurpur, have partaken at the competitions.














Dr Richard Castelino, Benny Barboza, were the chief guests present at the occasion.
 
Walter Nandalike, editor-in-chief www.daijiworld.com, Vincent Alva and Dinesh Correa Pernal were the jurors at the occasion.
 
City based ‘New Ocean Kids’ staged the dance show. Roshan Belman, Joel, Megan, Joylyn, Ammabel Moras, Felix Lasrado, Robin Sequeira, Nellu Permannur and Sapna Saldanha, rendered music.
 
The first prize won by ‘Time Pass’ group Nellu Permannur and team, Permannur parish. The second prize won by ‘Christopher and team, Cascia parish. The third prize won by ‘Natash and team, Angelore parish. The prizes were presented by Walter Nandalike.
 
 
Roshan Belman and Melvyn Pernal compered the programme.
