Mangalore: MRPL School Celebrates Annual Day

Mangalore, Dec 22: The Annual Day Celebrations of MRPL School was held in a grand manner on recently. Raj Mohan Rao, principal of Govinda Dasa College was the chief guest of this occasion.  In his message to the parents, Prof Raj Mohan Rao highlighted the role of parent and teachers in the all round development of the children.  He said all are proud to be parents but parenting is not easy. It takes lot of patience to nurture the children.

The trustees of the school T V Sujith (associate vice-president, MRPL), Vijay Joshi (general manager, projects, MRPL), R Subramanian (general manager, finance, MRPL) were the guests of honour.  The principal S Vasudeva Rao gave a bird's eye view of the activities and achievements of the school.  This was followed by the prize distribution for the winners in school activities.

The formal progamme was followed by the “Cultural Folk Fest” where all the students of the school participated to depict the culture of different states like Punjab, Gujarath, Goa etc.

School pupil leader Kavana welcomed the gathering and assistant school pupil leader Siddhant proposed the vote of thanks. Shanmukh Kumar and Aniket Mule compered the programme.  Arya Menon and Raksha B Shetty were the comperes for the cultural folk fest.
