Panaji, Dec 25: This is Christmas Season, so there isn't any reason... we can dance the Christmas Polka...

The much-awaited, sweet festival of Christmas is finally here.

Thousands of Christian brethren along with Hindus and Muslims gathered in various churches across Goa to attend the midnight Christmas mass to mark the beginning of the festive season.

Most Christian households in the state got a Christmas star erected outside their houses and a attractive Christmas crib to welcome the guests and relatives.

Santa Claus completed the festival with his unique tradition of distributing sweets and gifts to young and old.

Governor S C Jamir and chief minister Digamkar Kamat along with his other cabinet members have extended their warm greetings to the Christian brethren in the state on the occasion of Christmas.
