New Delhi, Oct 14 (IANS): It was a clear Friday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 19 degrees Celsius, the season's average, the weather office said.
The weather office said that with days to come, drop in minimum temperature would increase gradually.
"It was a clear sky in the morning," an official from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celsius. The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 65 per cent, which is likely to drop down to 35 per cent during the day.
"Days are getting drier. There's very little moisture in the air," the weather office said.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled at 35 degrees Celsius, two degrees above normal. The minimum temperature was recorded at 19.8 degrees Celsius, the season's average.
