Kundapur, Oct 18: The deaths of two school going innocents, brother and sister, on Monday October 17 have shaken the Byndoor area and it looks like every person is affected by the tragedy.
The death note written by Shankaranarayana Hebbar blames his extramarital affair for the decision to end the lives of four family members. But unfortunately innocent children only died. Shankaranarayana and his wife are recovering in hospital while their children will never come back.
Earlier believed to be a suicide pact, now looks like a murder-suicide. It is possible that the children and wife were poisoned without their knowledge and then Shankaranarayana took poison.
Neighbours say that Shankaranarayana lived with a young girl as he had extramarital affair with her. He worked as a cook and did not have much to spare. His wife sold milk to look after the children in his absence.

Death note
After the young girl ditched Shankaranarayana to marry another man six months back, he came back home and started living with his wife and children. But he was depressed. Ultimately the depression led him to take the decision of poisoning wife and children.
It is confirmed that Shankaranarayana has mentioned the name of his lover in the 16 pages death note. But contents are yet to be revealed. He also took a Xerox copy of the death note and kept it in a different place to make sure that death note is read after his death.
Ultimately three innocents, wife and children, became victims in extramarital affair of a man.
