Padubidri- Udupi: Thousands Participate in Belapu Darga Urus

Udupi, Jan 16: A three day long Urus organized at the historical Polipu Darga, located near Padubidri concluded on the morning of Wednesday, January 16.
Thousands of devotees visited the Darga and offered prayers. The participants attended religious discourses that were held during this occasion.
Interestingly, hundreds of devotees who came here from Chikmaglur district took lead in the Urus programme.
Well over ten thousand faithful were served free vegetarian meals during the Urus. .
It is understood that even the utentials used to prepare these meals were brought all the way from Chickmaglur.
