Mangaluru, Dec 15: Naveen Stevens from the city has been chosen as the president of labour cell of south block Congress committee.

Stevens had earlier served as secretary of south block Congress ward committee. He was also the organizing secretary of Congress minorities cell of south block and also general secretary. He has been given the current posting taking into account the efforts being put in by him to strengthen organizational structure of the party.
