Mangalore, Jan 26: Konkani Nirantari singing is going on continuously at Kalaangann. Meanwhile, thousands of people are visiting the venue to witness this great event and support the singers. But no artificial drinks are served here. Do you know why?

A huge load of tender coconut has been brought here to quench the thirst of people. Persons have been employed to break open the tender coconut. This service continues round the clock.

A simple person has proved that he has a big heart. Eric Correa, resident of Kottara here has donated the tender coconuts. He is a businessman and owns the Canara Power Generators. Everyone whose thirst is quenched never forget to thank his generosity.

One of the most dynamic choirs was the team of priests. A spirit-filled atmosphere was created by their singing of this 31-member team.
