It is a matter of manifold pride for me to preside over this noble cause of education. First of all I congratulate Roohi Mumtaz Hussain again, for achieving this position, even though she belonged to south India, where Urdu does not enjoy the same status as in Northern part of India.

I am also immensely pleased with the achievement of Safa Fatima Siddiqi, who is a student of Ideal Indian School, where I am one of the founder members of the school. Finally, as Vice President of Indo-Qatar Urdu Markaz, who organized the event with cooperation of Hamdard University in Delhi, I had the great honor and opportunity to hear all the 34 participants, who were so eloquent, and I foresaw great future orators and leaders.

I would like to congratulate Mr. Sulaiman Dehlvi, Founder president of Indo-Qatar Urdu Markaz, who was the chief architect of this one of the finest educational events held in the context of one of the finest language known as Urdu. I also congratulate Mr. Shakil Kakwi, founder of Kainat Foundation for organizing and recognizing these budding leaders of tomorrow! I take this opportunity also to congratulate concerned parents, ad teachers of these participants.

Finally, I congratulate Mr. M.S. Bukhari, for his whole-hearted support to the cause of education, and urdu language, and contributing in the form of trophies, and gifts in various forms. I also thank Mr. Hassan Abdul Karim Chowgule saheb, for always being in forefront, for all such good causes. Syed Abdul-Hye, President, KMCA, V.P. Indo Qatar Urdu Markaz.
