Mangalore, Jan 28: Multi-lingual Poetry session was held in Sandesha auditorium here on Monday January 28, in association with Kannada Language and Culture Department.  

Dr Vasant Kumar Perla presided over the poetry session. Poets of repute such as PM Basheer (Kannada), Mallika Shetty (Tulu), Melvyn Rodrigues (Konkani), Mohammed Baddur (Beary), Nagesh Kavoor (Kodava), Atmika (English) recited their poems.

Leo DSouza recited English, Konkani and Kannada poems.  Dr Perla recited Kannada as well as a Tulu poem.

Sanjay from Sandesha welcomed the gathering and proposed vote of thanks.
