Bantwal: 3 Police Men Injured as Mob Attack Police to Save Criminals

Bantwal, Feb 8: Three District Crime Investigation Bureau (DCIB) police were severely injured while a mob attacked them  at Maindala near Vogga when they were bringing the criminals to police station on Friday, February 08 evening.

The injured police have been identified as ASI Parameshwar, head constable Narendra and constable Giriappa.
 
The police were bringing the accused named Karim, Tajuddin and Iqbal for possessing the skin of leopard. They had arrested the accused at Vogga. About 25 people way laid the vehicles in which police and the accused were traveling at Maindala and attacked the police.
 
In the incident 3 police men were injured and one of the arrested Iqbal escaped during the mayhem. In return, police fired in the air against the mob in which a certain Ibrahim was injured.
 
Police sources revealed  that, members of Karnataka Forum for Dignity (KFD) were involved in this attack against the police.
 
One of the police has been severely injured and has been admitted into the hospital in Mangalore. Police have initiated an investigation to arrest the persons  involved in this attack.

    If KFD is a terrorist organization, then what is RSS & Bajrang Dal is capable of, they are also doing the same thing but under political party called BJP. “Whenever wherever there is a trouble there will be new organization to defend”. This is not under one community, its everywhere in this world. If you open your eyes you will figure it out.

    Mr. Shetty (USA) donot comment on KFD sitting at USA. We people know who is who at Bantwal. Don't follow the testament of Bush who did blunder in Iraq merely on guess work. The cops are known to be most currupt official, and have known to have used his DCIB position in blackmailing many innocents.

    It is shocking news that Police made a story against KFD because they are doing good things to Mangalore to avoid tension but thease police and political people creating terrorist people. I want to ask why all those things was not there before 1992?

    This is purely political. It was shocking because of sachar samithi report. If it continue like this it is dangerous to people of India. Please take action against bad political leaders and bad police personnel.

    Mr Shetty may have concrete proof of terrorist elements in KFD, so I request him to furnish the proof before putting the allegation. Since he is residing in USA, he has imbibed Bush culture where the allegation was that Iraq had WMD and in reality it was not the case. Mind you, every community has black sheeps and you cant generalise your opinion on that.
