BJP will form government with full majority in UP: Modi

Mau (Uttar Pradesh), Feb 27 (IANS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday said "definite defeat" was staring at both the ruling Samajwadi Party (SP) in Uttar Pradesh and the opposition Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) and predicted the BJP would win with "huge majority".

"Seeing their definite defeat after third phase of polls, SP and BSP evolved a new idea that even if they lose the elections, no one should get majority in Uttar Pradesh so that they could have an opportunity of horse trading," Modi said while addressing an election rally in Mau.

The Prime Minister said the wish of SP and BSP will not be fulfilled.

"Do whatever you want to but don't play with the future of Uttar Pradesh to defeat BJP. It has already suffered a lot. It is not going to be a hung assembly. We are going to win this election with huge majority," Modi said.

Modi said after the poll results on March 11 BJP would celebrate "Vijayi Holi" and then after forming the government in the first cabinet meet it would waive off the loans of the farmers.

Yes, BJP has to form the government in UP with full majority for the welfare and benefit of the people of UP. Let people of UP make it HAPPEN. It is possible only by them and for them and for their future generations benefit. Let them test it on their own ground if they did not see the functioning in central government by the BJP. Today common man can reach any central minister any time. Prime minister reaches to people of the country in any corner It is only possible by BJP.
I request all the people of UP, set aside your cast, creed or affiliation and come out of it and look at your future and vote for BJP. I am sure there will not be any room for your regret, God bless you all .
