Elderly couple commit suicide in Telangana

Hyderabad, Mar 6 (IANS): An elderly couple committed suicide in Telangana's Mancherial district due to financial problems and a family dispute, police said on Monday.

Dharmaraju (80) and Pochamma (70) ended their lives by consuming pesticide on Sunday night.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the couple was under depression due to a fight among their children over land, the police added.
