20 shops gutted in Ujjain

Ujjain, Mar 29 (IANS): Over 20 shops were gutted in a fire in this Madhya Pradesh city on Wednesday, officials said.

The fire broke out in Ujjain's Hari Fatak area, and the cause of the blaze is being ascertained, officials said.

According to fire department officials, the fire broke out around 3 a.m. and was finally doused after eight hours of struggle at 11 a.m.
