New Delhi, Mar 31 (IANS): It was a hot Friday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded at 23.3 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average, the Met office said.
India Meteorological Department officials forecast partly cloudy sky in the day ahead. The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 38 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 51 per cent.
Thursday's maximum temperature settled at 38.3 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average while the minimum temperature was recorded at 23.7 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average.
