Indian 'spy' Kulbhushan Jadhav sentenced to death in Pakistan

Islamabad, Apr 10 (PTI): A Pakistani army court today sentenced alleged Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav to death for "for his involvement in espionage and sabotage activities against Pakistan", the military announced.

"The spy has been tried through Field General Court Martial (FGCM) under Pakistan Army Act and awarded death sentence," the military's media wing Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.

Pakistan Army chief Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa "has confirmed his death sentence awarded by FGCM," it added.

Jadhav was "arrested" on March 3 last year by Pakistan security officials in Balochistan after he entered from Iran. He has been accused by Pakistan of planning "subversive activities" in the country.

India has acknowledged Jadhav as a retired Indian Navy officer, but denied the allegation that he was in any way connected to the government.

Pakistan can go to any extent to harm India in all the ways because they came to know that the current Indian Govt is very weak and not capable to retaliate Pakistan. 56" chest holder is still continuing Biriyani diplomacy with PAK and allowed ISI to inspect our army base. Why Indian govt is not breaking relationship with this rogue nation. Why Pakistani Embassy in Delhi not closed yet and vise versa??? Why India so soft towards Pakistan?

If the Indian caught in Pak is a spy or not, does he deserve death penalty? If they can give death penalty for a “spy”, why can’t India give the same to their terrorists caught in India? They have not given consular access to Jadhav thus depriving him of his right to inform Indian authority what really had happened. We are very lenient towards them and take years to complete such cases and during this lengthy period we provide them with lavish life and security in jail. We have to learn from them and set up fast-track courts to complete the cases involving terrorism.

This gang is engaged with Anti constitutional activities. We true Indians should not allow this gang to grow in our country. Jai Hind.

This is the real litmus test for BJP foriegn policy. It is easy to negotiate with friendly nations to bring back stranded Indians after all the NGOs and other local organisations have involved for release and then BJP getting all the credit and headlines. Can Modi's "innovative" foreign policy strategy as claimed by his ministers, side kicks and chailas around him when he went to Pakistan uninvited and touched thier feet will work???. It is not BJP and Modi's cup of tea and it is not Cow politics. Surgical Strike is back firing on BJP.

India should go ahead in demolishing Jinnah House in Mumbai, that will set the stage for negotiation to release Kulbushan Jadav.

It won't effect anything to Papistan, because wether it's demolished or not, that is Government of India's property where as Kulbhushan Jadhav is not Government property but India's PRIDE. If they carry out the sentence, the most effected people are his dear family. At any cost government should negotiate for his safe return.
