Dharmapal U Devadiga Bags Aryabhata Cultural Award ‘07

Mumbai, Apr 1: Dharmapal U Devadiga, president of Devadiga Association in the metro, vice-president of Jayashreekrishna Parisara Premi Samiti, renowned social worker and distinguished entrepreneur, has bagged ‘Aryabhata Cultural Award ‘07’, instituted by Aryabhata Cultural Organisation, Bangalore, announced the spokesman of constituent authority.

Dharmapal Devadiga has bagged the award for his distinguished social service to the society.  Aryabhata Cultural award will be conferred on distinguished personalities for their contributions in freedom struggle, research, education, literature, translation literature, journalism, media, spiritualism, business, medical journalism. Well-known limerick writer Dundiraj too is among the awardees.

The awards will be presented to the distinguished personalities during the glittering function to be organized at Ravindra Kala auditorium, Bangalore at 6.30 pm on Monday April 17, stated press release.

    I CONGRTULATE DHARMAPAL ON THIS OCCASION. He has been doing great service to the community especailly to Devadiga community in Mumbai and in Karavali. His selfless contribution to the society is wellknown. We wish him lot more recognition and awards in years to come. Thanks Rons & Daijiworld.
