HC serves notice to Kejriwal on Jaitley's fresh defamation suit


New Delhi, May 23 (IANS): The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice to Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in a fresh defamation suit of Rs 10 crore filed by Finance Minister Arun Jaitley.

Joint Registrar Pankaj Gupta issued the notice to Kejriwal and posted the matter for July 26.

Jaitley has objected to Kejriwal's lawyer Ram Jethmalani using the word "crook" against the Union Minister.
