10 CRPF troopers injured in Kashmir stone pelting


Srinagar, Jun 8 (IANS): Ten Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) troopers were injured on Thursday in Shopian district of Kashmir Valley when their vehicle turned turtle and was pelted with stones.

The police said attackers resorted to intense stone pelting at the passing CRPF vehicle on the outskirts of Shopian town.

"The injured troopers are being taken to hospital. Reinforcements were rushed to the spot," a police officer said.
