Mangalore: KMC to Conduct Paediatric Cardiology Consultation

Mangalore, Apr 10: Kasturba Medical College here will conduct a paediatric cardiology test and sugery consultation by expert doctors from Bangalore on Friday April 11 between 11 am and 3 pm. stated a press release from KMC chief operating officer Sunil Deshpande.

Cardiothoracic vascular surgery consultant of Manipal Heart Institute and Manipal Hospital's Dr Prasad Krishnan and paediatric cardiology consultant of Manipal Heart Institute Dr Sreekant S Raghavan will be the visiting consultant.

Consultation with specialist at an early stage helps cure diseases. It also helps to improve the quality of life of children and families suffering from heart ailments.

Dr Prasad Krishnan has twent years of experience in adult and paediatric heart surgery while Dr Sreekant S Raghavan has work experience in children' hospitals of Michigan, North Western University, Bostan Children's Hospital and Harvard University.
